Daniele Papuli's ZippiZippi
27.6.2016 - 28.08.2016
Daniele Papuli is a sculptor that experimented on different techniques from wood, to stone sculpture, plaster and plastic installations. Today, his work is made of folds of paper, ripples, collages, with an ultimate sense for detail of these aerial sculptures. During his collaboration with Flux Laboratory in 2013, he became a performer by staging with one of his creations. The show was entitled Paperdance.
In Zurich, Daniele Papuli will present a specific site installation entitled ZippiZippi, acting as a tangle of signs, structuring the space using 1500 bamboo segments painted red, emerging as a forest.
