Festival Groove'N'Move Discussion and workshop
The female body in hip hop
Flux Laboratory is pleased to welcome Groove & Move festival for this discussion and workshop which aim to bring together different point of views, opinions and experiences of women evolving in the hip hop dance scene. Lea Latour will address issues linked to transmission, getting people together, dialog and freedom of speech. The evening will evolve from theory to practice, and allow for the hip hop scene to resonate with everyone’s experiences.
Dancer, activist, pedagogue and poetess, Léa Latour works with the body as much as with the heart by bridging dance and personal development. Competition and freestyle (battles, choreographic contests), she explores all means of expression through hip hop culture.
