Partnership 2020 between Flux Laboratory Athens and Kinitiras

Flux Laboratory Athens announces its collaboration for 2020 with Kinitiras artistic network for performing arts. In this context, Flux Laboratory Athens supports the In Progress Feedback Festival (IPFF2020), as well as the implementation of Kinitiras Residency Program. Transition constitutes this year’s thematic umbrella for all Kinitiras’ activities.

In Progress Feedback Festival focuses on the creative process and the relationship between creators and their audiences, rather than being a product-oriented process. It will take place on March 27th-29th 2020 and April 3rd-5th 2020 in Athens with the support of Flux Laboratory and the J. F. Costopoulos Foundation.

In parallel, Kinitiras and Flux Laboratory Athens are collaborating on the Residency Program, which unites five artists from Africa and Europe that will live and work together in Athens for three weeks. Drawing on the everyday life in the city and through their co-existence and exchange of ideas, the artists in residence will develop one or more community dance performances within the scope of Transition. The dance works produced will be presented in April in the framework of In Progress Feedback Festival.
The Residency Program is a collaboration with the Goethe-Institut Athen, the French Institute of Greece and with the support of the Franco-German Cultural Fund.
